what makes a good sales person

The Desire To Help People. you need to have the desire to help people not -sell them- the role of a sales person is to help people over come some kind of problem you need to ask questions, questions are the key the ability to ask quality questions is important, good questions will reveal want, needs and pain only then can the sales person go to work by fixing these problems with there salutions.
