i think they shouldnt of came to calgary to occupy it, it was to confusing and its cold here, but they can do what every they want so they did a good job.

be prepared, being prepared is IMPORTANT.There’s nothing more frustrating than connecting with a customer service representative that has to “grab a pen”, or pull up the system, or sign-in before they help you. Weren’t you expecting to “work” when you came into work? And if you dont like your job dont take it out on the customer.

The Desire To Help People. you need to have the desire to help people not -sell them- the role of a sales person is to help people over come some kind of problem you need to ask questions, questions are the key the ability to ask quality questions is important, good questions will reveal want, needs and pain only then can the sales person go to work by fixing these problems with there salutions.
